1. Oversee all aspects of Spa operations in collaboration with the Resident Manager.
2. Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining the highest treatment standards.
3. Drive the financial performance of the Spa to ensure continued success and profitability.
4. Create tailored wellness experiences that align with guests' distinctive needs and preferences.
5. Implement strategic planning and effective budgeting to ensure operational excellence.
6. Develop and implement training programs for Spa Ambassadeurs to uphold Maison's standards.
7. Strengthen Cheval Blanc Seychelles' position in offering unparalleled, transformative experiences.

1. Degree/Diploma in Spa Management or similar.
2. Proven track record of Spa management in a luxury resort/hotel environment.
3. Pre-opening experience is a plus.
4. Minimum 5 years in a similar capacity.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Micros.
2. Excellent knowledge of Opera and Material Control Spa operating application.
3. Fluent in English (spoken and written).
4. Proficiency in a second language is appreciated.
5. Passion for hospitality and precision in detail.
6. Excellent sense of service and listening skills.

Minimum 5 years in a similar capacity with a proven track record in Spa management within a luxury resort or hotel environment.

Degree/Diploma in Spa Management or similar.
