- Confirmed experience in starred restaurants (3 to 5 years)
- Minimum 2 years as a Sous Chef

- Experience in team leadership and training
- Proficient in stock management and material control
- Thorough knowledge of H.A.C.C.P. standards
- Creative collaboration with the Chef for menu development
