1. Serve as a key support to the Executive Chef, contributing directly to the culinary excellence of the establishment.
2. Oversee the preparation of specific menu items, ensuring adherence to technical sheets and maintaining impeccable quality.
3. Participate in the creation of exceptional dishes, enhancing seasonal ingredients while preserving the culinary identity of the establishment.
4. Ensure precise mise en place, preparation, and plating, maintaining consistency and elegance in every service.
5. Supervise and train the kitchen team, ensuring smooth execution of instructions and cohesion among chefs de partie and commis.
6. Exhibit exemplary organizational skills, discipline, and a commitment to excellence in the role of Sous Chef.

1. Culinary training from CAP to Bac+2 level.
2. Confirmed experience in Michelin-starred restaurants (3 to 5 years).
3. Minimum of 2 years experience as a Sous Chef.

1. Mastery of mise en place, cooking, and plating techniques.
2. Ability to manage and supervise a station independently.
3. Experience in team leadership and training.
4. Stock management and material control expertise.
5. Thorough knowledge of H.A.C.C.P. standards.
6. Creative collaboration with the Chef on menu development.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within Michelin-starred establishments, with at least 2 years as a Sous Chef.

Culinary training from CAP to Bac+2 level.

Accommodation or a housing allowance of €450 gross, meals provided during working hours, uniform supplied and laundered, transportation expenses covered (€100 each way), potential bicycle loan (conditions apply), and a passionate team environment.
