20. Verify and validate attendance sheets.
21. Ensure schedules are adhered to.
22. Responsible for monitoring and enforcing hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
23. Control the quality of raw materials and products used.
24. Ensure culinary quality standards are met.
25. Responsible for accurate application of technical sheets and SOPs.
26. Oversee the quality of each dish.
27. Ensure the team follows specification sheets.
28. Participate in production and quality control.
29. Ensure safety and cleanliness of the kitchen area.
30. Collaborate closely with Executive Pastry Chef and Sous Chef.
31. Ensure information is communicated effectively up and down the hierarchy.
32. Participate in weekly departmental meetings and daily briefings.
33. Oversee the management and maintenance of equipment.
