1. Assist the Head Chef in leading the pastry brigade with several years of experience.
2. Develop and execute dessert menus under the guidance of the Head Chef, including in-room sweet treats for guests.
3. Collaborate with the Head Chef in selecting suppliers and managing inventory while adhering to hygiene standards.
4. Act as the Head Chef's deputy during absences, managing the entire brigade.
5. Exhibit passion, precision, and leadership in fulfilling responsibilities with excellence.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pastry brigade.
2. Proven ability to manage kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef.
