1. Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
2. Supervise the culinary brigade, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

6. Lead by example and support team members in their professional growth.

1. Hotel management education (CAP/Bac Pro with BTS or equivalent).
2. 5 to 7 years of experience in a kitchen brigade, including 2 to 3 years as Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.

3. Ability to inspire and lead a team towards culinary excellence.

Minimum of 5 years in a professional kitchen environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role such as Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.

CAP/Bac Pro with BTS or equivalent in hotel management.
