- Oversee the preparation of a specific menu component, adhering to the technical sheets provided by the Executive Chef.
- Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to design exceptional dishes, enhancing seasonal ingredients while maintaining the restaurant's culinary identity.
- Ensure meticulous mise en place, preparation, and plating, maintaining impeccable consistency in every service.
- Lead and train the kitchen team, fostering a culture of excellence, respect, and knowledge sharing.
- Manage and supervise chef de partie and commis, ensuring effective communication, adherence to instructions, and quality control of preparations.
- Maintain a workstation that reflects cleanliness, organization, and impeccable standards.
