- Oversee the preparation of specific menu components, adhering to technical sheets developed by the Executive Chef.
- Collaborate closely with the Chef to design exceptional dishes, enhancing seasonal products while maintaining the restaurant's culinary identity.
- Ensure meticulous mise en place, preparation, and plating, guaranteeing impeccable consistency in every service.
- Lead and train the kitchen team, fostering a culture of excellence, respect, and knowledge sharing.
- Manage and supervise chef de partie and commis, ensuring effective communication, follow-up, and control of various preparations.
- Maintain a work environment that reflects personal qualities of cleanliness, organization, and impeccable excellence.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-end culinary environment.
- Culinary expertise with a focus on creativity and precision.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to maintain high standards under pressure.
- Proficiency in French cuisine and seasonal product utilization.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-end culinary environment.
