1. Guide guests through the wine and spirits selection, creating memorable tasting experiences.

4. Manage the wine cellar, including stock monitoring and inventory management.
5. Participate in the evolution and updating of the wine list.
6. Promote exceptional products, tailor-made services, and gastronomic events.

1. WSET Level 3 Sommelier qualification.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sommelier in a luxury hotel or resort.

1. Proficiency in hygiene and food safety standards.
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Micros.
3. Fluent in English, with proficiency in a second language preferred.
4. Strong sense of precision and attention to detail.
5. Excellent service orientation and listening skills.
6. Exceptional interpersonal skills and team spirit.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hotels or resorts.
