2. Maximize beverage revenue through innovative marketing and promotional activities.
3. Manage inventory and order wines to maintain stock levels.
4. Ensure proper storage of wines at appropriate temperatures.
5. Engage with guests to assist in wine selection, utilizing extensive wine knowledge.
6. Promote and upsell wines and wine events, focusing on quality.
7. Maintain and update the professional wine list weekly.
8. Adhere to service and knowledge training plans set by the department head.
9. Anticipate and respond promptly to guests' needs, ensuring exceptional service.
10. Present beverage lists and recommend liquors, cocktails, or digestives.

1. Diploma Certificate in hospitality and catering
2. Minimum of WSET Level 3 or equivalent
3. National Diploma and first aid qualification

1. Strong leadership abilities
2. Experience in handling high-volume cellars

4. Expertise in sommelier and mixology
