1. Assist the Head Sommelier with daily tasks and operations.
2. Support various dining outlets within the restaurant service to enhance operational experience and product knowledge.
3. Familiarize with the wine menu and assist Sommeliers in wine service, including advising and serving guests.
4. Manage glassware setup, clearing, and cleaning duties.
5. Participate in wine cellar inventory management.
6. Ensure effective internal communication within the service team.
7. Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations and maintain equipment integrity.
8. Report any safety concerns or potential hazards to management.

1. Pursuing or completed education in Hospitality, Catering, or Sommellerie.
2. Understanding of HACCP hygiene standards.
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or fine dining environments.

1. Excellent interpersonal and representational skills.
2. Strong customer service orientation with courtesy and tact.
3. Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills.
4. Flexibility, adaptability, and team spirit.
5. Desire to advance in hospitality and restaurant professions.
6. Sales and communication proficiency.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Micros is advantageous.
8. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Currently enrolled in or completed a program in Hospitality, Catering, or Sommellerie.
