1. Assist in daily operations within the sommelier service department.
2. Aid in the setup and maintenance of service areas and operational equipment.
3. Participate in stock management and inventory processes in collaboration with the finance department.
4. Support sommeliers in delivering high-quality wine service to guests, adhering to LQA and CB Marks standards.
5. Ensure proper care and maintenance of operational equipment and uniforms.
6. Communicate effectively with all hotel departments.
7. Report operational and team management information to the Director of Sommellerie.

1. CAP or Bac Pro in Service and Commercialization, or Bac STHR

1. Passion for oenology and knowledge of vineyards and gastronomy
