1. Assist in daily operations within the sommelier service, ensuring the setup of stations and operational equipment.
2. Participate in stock management and maintenance of service-related materials.
3. Support superiors in delivering high-quality service and adhering to established quality standards.
4. Collaborate effectively with the sommelier team, demonstrating teamwork and adherence to instructions.
5. Respect work schedules as defined by the supervisor, in compliance with contractual obligations.
