1. Ensure the delivery of Cheval Blanc's signature guest experience in the apartments, making each stay memorable.
2. Coordinate with Butlers to enhance guest stays and address guest requests in collaboration with Housekeeping and Carte Blanche services.
3. Manage the personalized welcome and stay experience for guests, particularly those in Suites and frequent visitors to Cheval Blanc properties.
4. Oversee the preparation of special requests and VIP amenities, ensuring the Cheval Blanc atmosphere is maintained in guest rooms.
5. Personalize guest room experiences, including floral arrangements, wardrobe service, and VIP F&B refreshment.
6. Coordinate guest requests and provide tailored advice and assistance, ensuring adherence to Cheval Blanc standards.
7. Supervise and support the Butler service team, including conducting briefings, assisting in recruitment, and training new Butlers.
