Cheval Blanc Senior Butler

- Ensure the delivery of the Cheval Blanc signature guest experience in suites, making each stay memorable.
- Coordinate with butlers to enhance guest stays and respond to their requests in collaboration with the housekeeping and Carte Blanche services.
- Participate in the preparation of guest stays with the Reservations team.
- Implement special guest requests for their rooms, made prior to arrival.
- Propose personalized welcome experiences based on the guest's VIP status.
- Coordinate the preparation of gifts, welcome notes, and F&B and spa amenities.
- Manage the floral arrangements and wardrobe services for assigned apartments.
- Oversee the shoe polishing service and valet service for guest laundry and tailoring requests.
- Refresh VIP F&B amenities throughout the stay and ensure room functionality.
- Advise and organize guest stays in collaboration with all hotel services.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide sincere and targeted assistance and advice.
- Collect guest preferences to update the CARDEX system.
- Supervise the butler team operations, including conducting briefings and verifying team knowledge.
- Assist the Butler Service Manager in task execution and schedule adherence.
- Participate in recruiting new team members and conducting development interviews.
- Welcome and train new butlers and organize daily butler tasks.
- Hotel experience required
- Fluency in English and French
- Proficiency in a third language is appreciated

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
