1. Ensure the delivery of the Cheval Blanc signature guest experience in suites, enhancing the memorability of each stay.
2. Coordinate with Butlers to animate guest stays and respond to guest requests in collaboration with Housekeeping and Carte Blanche services.
3. Prepare for guest arrivals by coordinating special requests and ensuring the room atmosphere meets Cheval Blanc standards.
4. Manage the personalization of guest rooms, including floral arrangements, wardrobe installation, and luggage packing.
5. Oversee the VIP welcome amenities and ensure the room's condition and functionality through regular checks.
6. Advise and organize guest stays in collaboration with hotel services, anticipating needs and providing tailored assistance.
7. Supervise the Butler team, conducting briefings, assisting with recruitment, and training new team members.

1. Hotel industry experience required
2. Fluency in English and French
3. Proficiency in a third language is appreciated

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is required.
