Cheval Blanc Sales Coordinator Intern

- Assist the sales ambassadors in strategic and operational tasks to enhance Cheval Blanc's commercial presence.
- Ensure precise tracking of sales budgets and oversee the monitoring of travel agent stays.
- Update databases and analyze production reports from partners.
- Participate in the preparation of commercial visits and support sales representatives in international travels.
- Manage client reservations through B2B partners and maintain updated marketing materials and consortia.
- Utilize Opera Cloud software daily and manage promotional item inventory.
- Collaborate closely with the LVMH Hotel Management sales team, providing daily support with responsiveness and dedication.
- Currently enrolled in a business school, hospitality program, or equivalent educational institution.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
- Proficiency in office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn Opera Cloud, Salesforce, and Dartagnan software.
No prior experience required.
Currently pursuing a degree in business, hospitality, or a related field.
