- Master the commercial argumentation of products and services to contribute to the revenue growth of Café Maxime Frédéric at Louis Vuitton.
- Ensure the aesthetic appeal and cleanliness of the point of sale.
- Remain available, welcoming, and responsive to guest requests.
- Apply Cheval Blanc Paris and Café Maxime Frédéric at Louis Vuitton's service and sales techniques.
- Advise guests to ensure their complete satisfaction throughout the service using appropriate vocabulary and product knowledge.
- Ensure product presentation meets established standards, including presentation, packaging, and delivery of purchases.
- Process orders, adhere to payment procedures, and verify billing.
- Participate in guest loyalty initiatives and maximize additional sales.
- Engage in inventory management and restocking with proactivity to maintain high service quality.
- Facilitate internal communication and relay information effectively.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Report any 'abnormal' situations concerning guest or staff safety to management.
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
