1. Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring an impeccable and personalized welcome.
2. Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring seamless organization and adherence to guest requirements.
3. Perform night duties, ensuring guest safety and hotel operations during nighttime hours.
4. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a harmonious guest experience and proactively address guest needs.
5. Maintain the order, cleanliness, and organization of the reception area, reflecting the establishment's excellence and prestige.

1. Higher education degree (BAC +4/5) in Hotel Management or Business Administration.
2. Confirmed experience in a similar role (minimum 2 years).

1. Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
2. Proficiency in a third language (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Portuguese) is appreciated.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Knowledge of Opera Cloud and 7Rooms is appreciated.
5. Familiarity with Leading Quality Assurance standards is appreciated.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury hospitality sector.

Higher education degree (BAC +4/5) in Hotel Management or Business Administration.
