1. Higher education degree (BAC +4/5) in Hotel Management or Business Administration.
2. Proven experience in a similar role for a minimum of 2 years.

1. Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
2. Proficiency in a third language such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or Portuguese is advantageous.
3. Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Familiarity with Opera Cloud and 7Rooms is preferred.
5. Understanding of Leading Quality Assurance standards is beneficial.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

Higher education degree in Hotel Management or Business Administration (BAC +4/5).
