1. Coordinate and ensure the excellence of the Carte Blanche service from breakfast to dinner.
2. Supervise and guide Commis, ensuring the setup, service execution, and adherence to LQA standards.
3. Anticipate guest needs using information from various services to provide personalized experiences.
4. Transform each Room Service moment into a harmonious and unforgettable experience through attention to detail and team coordination.

1. BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Hospitality or equivalent.
2. At least 2 years of experience in a similar luxury hospitality or starred restaurant setting.

1. Proficiency in HACCP hygiene standards.
2. Fluency in both English and French, oral and written.
3. Mastery of service techniques.
4. Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
5. Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.

A minimum of 3 years in luxury hospitality or a starred restaurant environment is required.

BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Hospitality or equivalent.

Accommodation provided or a housing allowance of €250 gross. Meals during working hours. Uniform provided and laundered. Transportation costs covered (€100 each way). Option for bicycle loan (conditions apply).
