1. Assist with in‑room dining operations: prepare and set up trays, organise orders and maintain presentation standards for each service.
2. Prepare food and beverage items following portioning and presentation guidelines and ensure accurate order fulfilment.
3. Maintain impeccable hygiene and cleanliness of workstations and service equipment, applying HACCP procedures.
4. Execute discreet, professional room deliveries and coordinate timing and communication with front‑of‑house teams.
5. Participate in daily briefings, internal trainings and special events to support seamless F&B operations.
6. Anticipate guest needs and contribute to personalised service through attentive, guest‑centric communication.

1. Vocational qualification in catering, culinary arts or hospitality (BEP/CAP/BAC Pro or equivalent).
2. Familiarity with luxury hotel or Michelin‑level restaurant service; previous internship or junior experience in a similar environment preferred.
3. Certified knowledge of HACCP and food‑safety standards.
4. Fluent spoken and written French and English.
5. Strong attention to detail, passion for gastronomy and demonstrated service orientation; excellent teamwork and communication skills.
