1. Ensure the setup and maintenance of the room service area, maintaining cleanliness and optimal supply levels throughout service hours.
2. Facilitate communication between the room service point and its suppliers, including the kitchen, storeroom, wine cellar, and stewarding.
3. Engage in customer service to ensure optimal client satisfaction.
4. Collaborate with the service manager on profit and loss analysis, project development, new menu implementation, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
5. Participate in the preparation and service of food and beverages, including hot drinks, juices, and assorted pastries.
6. Promote the hotel's various services and products to guests.
7. Ensure adherence to HACCP hygiene standards.
8. Assist in stocking minibars and setting up guest welcome amenities.

1. Education in Hospitality/Restaurant Management.
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
3. Familiarity with luxury hotel or fine dining environments.
4. Strong understanding of gastronomy.
