1. Welcome guests in accordance with hotel and restaurant procedures.
2. Ensure optimal guest satisfaction throughout the service.
3. Manage billing processes in coordination with the hierarchical supervisor.
4. Promote the hotel's dining venues and events.
5. Set up, organize, and supervise the assigned section of the dining area.
6. Advise guests to ensure complete satisfaction and contribute to revenue optimization.
7. Take orders, transmit them, and serve food and beverages following hotel and restaurant standards.
8. Ensure the accuracy of prepared dishes with the order and maintain quality standards.
9. Clear and reset tables efficiently.
10. Present bills and handle payments as per hotel procedures.
11. Promote various services and products within the hotel and Cheval Blanc properties.
12. Perform cleaning tasks according to hotel procedures.
13. Supervise assigned staff members.
14. Participate in inventory management.
15. Manage linen supply and organization.
16. Assist in wine cellar management.
17. Facilitate internal communication and information flow.
18. Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
19. Report any safety or accident risks to management.

1. BEP/CAP in Culinary Arts or BAC PRO in Restaurant Services.
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
3. Familiarity with luxury hotel or Michelin-starred restaurant operations.
