- Welcome guests in accordance with hotel and restaurant procedures.
- Ensure optimal guest satisfaction throughout the service.
- Manage billing processes in coordination with the hierarchical supervisor.
- Promote the hotel's dining venues and events.
- Set up, organize, and supervise the assigned section of the dining area.
- Advise guests to ensure complete satisfaction and contribute to revenue optimization.
- Take orders, transmit them, and serve food and beverages following hotel and restaurant standards.
- Ensure the accuracy of prepared dishes with the order and maintain quality standards.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently.
- Present bills and handle payments as per hotel procedures.
- Promote various services and products within the hotel and Cheval Blanc properties.
- Perform cleaning tasks according to hotel procedures.
- Supervise assigned staff members.
- Participate in inventory management.
- Manage linen supply and organization.
- Assist in wine cellar management.
- Facilitate internal communication and information flow.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Report any safety or accident risks to management.
- BEP/CAP in Culinary Arts or BAC PRO in Restaurant Services.
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
- Familiarity with luxury hotel or Michelin-starred restaurant operations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and representational skills.
- Strong customer service orientation, courtesy, and tact.
- Availability, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills.
- Empathy and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Team spirit and eagerness to learn and progress.
- Proven sales and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Micros, and La Fourchette.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or Portuguese are advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years of significant service experience in a similar high-standard establishment is required.
