1. Set up, deliver, and clear room service orders in accordance with hotel standards.
2. Present food and beverages professionally and respectfully in guest rooms.
3. Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and special preferences.
4. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of room service trays and trolleys.
5. Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service teams to ensure accurate and timely orders.
6. Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with discretion and professionalism.
7. Uphold all hygiene, safety, and company policies and procedures.

1. Previous experience in luxury hospitality or food & beverage service preferred.
2. Must be legally able to work in Italy without sponsorship.

2. Strong attention to detail and a passion for service.
3. Good physical stamina and the ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
4. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
5. Professional appearance and grooming.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury hospitality or food & beverage industry.
