1. Clean assigned guest rooms according to established hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, replenishing room and bathroom supplies, cleaning bathrooms, and vacuuming carpets.
2. Inspect rooms during cleaning to ensure everything is in good condition and functioning properly, reporting any repair needs to the Supervisor.
3. Clean corridors and public areas on the assigned floor.
4. Maintain cleanliness of equipment and supply rooms.
5. Stay informed about hotel products and services to effectively respond to guest inquiries.
6. Address guest questions and requests in a courteous and thoughtful manner, taking appropriate actions or referring issues to the relevant personnel.
7. Record relevant information on assignment sheets for future reference and report any guests requiring special attention or unusual situations to ensure guest satisfaction.
8. Report lost and found items to the Supervisor immediately.
9. Maintain a neat and clean uniform and ensure good personal grooming and hygiene.
10. Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
