- Clean assigned guest rooms according to established hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, replenishing room and bathroom supplies, cleaning bathrooms, and vacuuming carpets.
- Inspect rooms during cleaning to ensure everything is in good condition and functioning properly, reporting any repair needs to the Supervisor.
- Clean corridors and public areas on the assigned floor.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and supply rooms.
- Stay informed about hotel products and services to effectively respond to guest inquiries.
- Address guest questions and requests in a courteous and thoughtful manner, taking appropriate actions or referring issues to the relevant personnel.
- Record relevant information on assignment sheets for future reference and report any guests requiring special attention or unusual situations to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Report lost and found items to the Supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a neat and clean uniform and ensure good personal grooming and hygiene.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Beginner level experience in housekeeping or a similar role is required.
