1. Perform daily cleaning and preparation of guest rooms and common areas, including corridors and service offices.
2. Replenish rooms with clean linens and toiletries.
3. Ensure the functionality of rooms by conducting specified checks according to hotel procedures.
4. Report any defects or damages to the Floor Housekeeper.
5. Prepare rooms for the night according to hotel service standards.
6. Maintain optimal stock levels on trolleys for guest amenities and cleaning supplies.
7. Respond to guest requests and communicate their needs to Butlers and Housekeeping Supervisors.
8. Report any unusual situations regarding guest or colleague safety to management.
