- Maximize revenue and profitability for the properties.
- Implement dynamic pricing strategies and analyze performance metrics.
- Anticipate demand and adjust commercial actions in coordination with sales and property management.
- Develop and execute pricing strategies for each property, optimizing occupancy and average revenue.
- Manage inventory across all distribution channels.
- Coordinate action plans during key periods such as events and holidays.
- Monitor key performance indicators like occupancy rates and average prices.
- Analyze on-the-books performance against budget, previous year, and competitors.
- Provide regular reports to general management, sales, and finance teams.
- Conduct market studies and competitive analysis.
- Manage extranets and optimize sales distribution between direct and indirect channels.
- Collaborate with digital marketing to enhance direct sales.
- Participate in weekly meetings with property management.
- Train reservation teams on revenue management culture.
- Work closely with commercial, marketing, reservation, development, and finance departments.
- Master's degree in Business or Hospitality Management.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue management.
- Knowledge of luxury hospitality and multi-site or central revenue management is advantageous.
- Bilingual in English.
- Proficiency in PMS and Channel Manager tools such as Opera and SynXis.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- Familiarity with online distribution platforms like Booking, Expedia, and GDS.
- Strategic thinking with operational deployment capability.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue management is required, with a preference for candidates familiar with luxury hospitality and multi-site management.
Master's degree in Business or Hospitality Management.
Compensation package includes a base salary (dependent on experience), performance-based bonuses, and holding interest bonuses.
