1. Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring an unforgettable client experience in accordance with the Maison's standards of excellence.

3. Lead and inspire the team, including Chefs de Rang and Commis, to deliver impeccable service.
4. Possess extensive knowledge of the menu and products, ensuring the team is equally informed to uphold the Maison's standards.
5. Architect a sublime experience for both clients and team members.

1. Higher education in Hospitality/Restaurant Management (e.g., BTS).
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene regulations.
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining.

1. Proven experience in a similar role within a luxury establishment.
2. Sales and communication skills.
3. Strong leadership and management abilities, including recruitment, training, and development.
4. Understanding of financial metrics, stock management, and general business operations.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Micros, and Opera Cloud.
6. Fluent in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in a third language such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or Portuguese is advantageous.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury establishment is required.

Higher education in Hospitality/Restaurant Management (e.g., BTS).
