- Uphold Cheval Blanc's operational standards and LQA by delivering warm, attentive, and authentic guest interactions both in person and over the phone.
- Proactively manage waitlists for La Vague d'Or and La Terrasse restaurants.
- Handle restaurant reservations, ensuring accurate client information is maintained.
- Update guest preferences and Cardex to deliver personalized service.
- Advise clients on culinary offerings, tailoring recommendations to their expectations.
- Implement specific restaurant policies, including cancellations, reservations, and dress codes.
- Oversee the administrative aspects of reservations, including deposits, secure payments, and balance follow-ups.
- Manage requisitions and supply deliveries while adhering to the Maison's eco-friendly practices.
- Report any technical or IT non-conformities using appropriate tools, contributing to continuous operational improvement.
- Higher education in Hospitality Management or Business Administration.
- Sales and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector.
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Opera Cloud and 7Rooms is a plus.
- Understanding of Leading Quality Assurance standards is appreciated.
