1. Uphold Cheval Blanc's operational standards and LQA by delivering warm, attentive, and authentic guest interactions both in person and over the phone.
2. Proactively manage waitlists for La Vague d'Or and La Terrasse restaurants.
3. Handle restaurant reservations, ensuring accurate client information is maintained.
4. Update guest preferences and Cardex to deliver personalized service.
5. Advise clients on culinary offerings, tailoring recommendations to their expectations.
6. Implement specific restaurant policies, including cancellations, reservations, and dress codes.
7. Oversee the administrative aspects of reservations, including deposits, secure payments, and balance follow-ups.
8. Manage requisitions and supply deliveries while adhering to the Maison's eco-friendly practices.
9. Report any technical or IT non-conformities using appropriate tools, contributing to continuous operational improvement.

1. Higher education in Hospitality Management or Business Administration.
2. Sales and communication skills.
3. Knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector.

1. Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Familiarity with Opera Cloud and 7Rooms is a plus.
4. Understanding of Leading Quality Assurance standards is appreciated.

Entry-level position suitable for beginners.

Higher education in Hospitality Management or Business Administration.
