1. Manage and oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional service delivery.
2. Lead and develop a culturally diverse team of Ambassadeurs, fostering a collaborative environment.
3. Ensure compliance with F&B brand standards and health and safety regulations.
4. Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to develop menus that align with budgetary guidelines.
5. Evaluate guest satisfaction and implement continuous improvement strategies.
6. Recruit, manage, and develop the restaurant team to enhance performance and service quality.

1. Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management.

2. Proven ability to work effectively under pressure.
3. Exceptional grooming and presentation standards.
4. Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
5. Flexibility to adapt to various work situations.
6. Passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
7. Fluency in English.

A minimum of 4 years in a similar role within the luxury segment is required.

Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management.
