1. Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations.
2. Perform administrative tasks related to project development for internship objectives.
3. Support operations across various food and beverage service points to enhance operational experience.
4. Clean and set up the service area according to hotel procedures.
5. Participate in the service of food and beverages.
6. Prepare hot drinks, juices, and other beverages, as well as bread baskets and toasts.
7. Clear and clean during service.
8. Maintain and clean service equipment.
9. Coordinate with the kitchen, storeroom, cellar, and stewarding departments.
10. Ensure optimal supply conditions for the service area.
11. Implement and uphold HACCP hygiene standards.
12. Promote hotel services and products.
13. Report any unusual situations regarding safety or accident risks to management.
14. Create internal reporting documents.

1. Training in Hospitality/Restaurant Management.
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or fine dining.
4. Strong gastronomic culture.
5. Proficiency in computer tools.

Training in Hospitality/Restaurant Management.
