- Assist the F&B Manager in providing a warm and refined welcome to guests.
- Offer personalized and attentive service, guiding guests to their tables or desired areas.
- Anticipate guest needs and ensure satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Manage reservations and coordinate effectively with relevant teams for group requests.
- Promote the restaurants and catering events organized by the hotel and Cheval Blanc Maisons.
- Act as an ambassador of the Maison, creating memorable experiences from welcome to departure.
- Diploma in hotel/restaurant management.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Hostess in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Fluency in English and Russian.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Strong sense of precision and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and service skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Team spirit.
Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hotels and resort operations.
Diploma in hotel/restaurant management.
