3. Thoroughly understand the menu, beverages, and wine offerings, and demonstrate proficiency in upselling and wine sales.
4. Employ suggestive selling techniques to enhance revenue and provide comprehensive guest assistance with general inquiries and special orders.
5. Promptly and professionally manage and resolve guest requests, inquiries, and complaints.
6. Possess deep knowledge of the menu and dishes to accurately answer questions.
7. Exhibit presentation skills in accordance with LQA quality standards.
8. Actively promote the department and maintain standards in line with Hotel Pitrizza.
9. Efficiently manage a designated station to ensure smooth service flow.
10. Supervise and support interns.
11. Prepare mise en place according to standards.
12. Foster a professional relationship with the team to create an efficient workflow.
13. Fully understand all dish descriptions.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
