1. Manage housing budgets effectively.
2. Conduct research and prospect for housing during the off-season.
3. Perform property visits and manage check-in/check-out inspections for owners and ambassadors.
4. Draft leases with support from the Financial Department.
5. Ensure all accommodations comply with social regulations and are in proper condition.
6. Conduct entry inspections with ambassadors.
7. Plan and coordinate ambassador arrivals.
8. Compile maintenance lists.
9. Follow protocols for supporting staff during the season.
10. Welcome ambassadors and manage key handovers during check-in.
11. Coordinate and report any housing-related issues to Management and Human Resources.
12. Identify and resolve ambassador-related issues within accommodations, proposing solutions and action plans.
13. Maintain effective communication with the technical and HR departments.
14. Conduct exit inspections with ambassadors.
15. Monitor potential damages within accommodations.
16. Manage security deposits.
17. Prepare a list of winter maintenance tasks to ensure accommodations remain compliant.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in property management or a related field.
