- Manage all reservation requests, ensuring sales and providing tailored responses to client needs while considering the hotel's various services.
- Ensure the reliability and quality of reservations, including confirmations and data entry, and contribute to client loyalty.
- Guarantee exceptional service quality during telephone interactions and throughout the sales process.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of the hotel and articulate the different rates and room categories offered.
- Conduct site inspections with tour operators and travel agents as needed.
- CAP/BAC/BTS in Hospitality/Restaurant Management or MC in Reception
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality
- Preferred: 2 years of experience in a similar establishment (reception, sales, or reservations)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Opera
- Fluent in English and French (oral and written)
- Proficiency in a third language is appreciated
- Exemplary attention to detail and precision
- Strong analytical and adaptability skills
- Discretion and a strong sense of service
Beginner level experience in luxury hospitality, preferably with 2 years in a similar role.
CAP/BAC/BTS in Hospitality/Restaurant Management or MC in Reception
