1. Manage all reservation requests, ensuring sales and providing tailored responses to client needs while considering the hotel's various services.
2. Ensure the reliability and quality of reservations, including confirmations and data entry, and contribute to client loyalty.
3. Guarantee exceptional service quality during telephone interactions and throughout the sales process.
4. Possess comprehensive knowledge of the hotel and articulate the different rates and room categories offered.
5. Conduct site inspections with tour operators and travel agents as needed.

1. CAP/BAC/BTS in Hospitality/Restaurant Management or MC in Reception
2. Familiarity with luxury hospitality
3. Preferred: 2 years of experience in a similar establishment (reception, sales, or reservations)

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Opera
2. Fluent in English and French (oral and written)
3. Proficiency in a third language is appreciated
4. Exemplary attention to detail and precision
5. Strong analytical and adaptability skills
6. Discretion and a strong sense of service

Beginner level experience in luxury hospitality, preferably with 2 years in a similar role.

CAP/BAC/BTS in Hospitality/Restaurant Management or MC in Reception
