1. Manage and record all guest reservation requests.
2. Conduct sales via telephone, fax, mail, internet, or GDS.
3. Optimize room occupancy in line with hotel capacity and period.
4. Ensure reliability and quality of reservations, contributing to guest loyalty.
5. Provide tailored responses to guest needs, utilizing hotel services and upselling opportunities.
6. Maintain high-quality telephone etiquette and adhere to hotel standards.
7. Establish excellent client relationships, anticipating and personalizing service.
8. Handle administrative tasks related to reservations, including billing and deposits.
9. Manage hotel switchboard in collaboration with reception services.
10. Redirect calls and emails to appropriate departments as necessary.
11. Ensure effective communication within the team and with other hotel departments.
12. Coordinate additional service requests related to room reservations and confirm arrangements with clients.
13. Report any unusual situations regarding client or colleague safety to management.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

2. Proficiency in reservation systems and hotel management software.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
5. Attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
6. Fluency in English and French; additional languages are an asset.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality sector.
