- Deliver exceptional and informative telephone reception in line with Cheval Blanc St-Tropez's operational standards.
- Support the department head and team by managing the telephone switchboard, call distribution, and handling hotel and restaurant reservations to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Execute all administrative tasks related to hotel and restaurant reservations.
- Apply operational standards and LQA with precision, ensuring a warm and attentive reception both telephonically and in person.
- Identify guest needs insightfully, offering appropriate services and experiences to enhance guest loyalty.
- Manage hotel and restaurant reservations, adhering to pricing strategies and sales policies, ensuring accurate entry of commissions, rate codes, and client information.
- Maintain and update guest preferences and Cardex, organizing data to ensure bespoke service.
- Monitor and anticipate daily arrivals to guarantee an impeccable guest reception experience.
- Oversee the administrative follow-up of reservations, including deposits, secure payments, and balance reminders with accuracy.
- Close and audit the daily cash register with diligence, submitting receipts to supervisors.
- Manage supply requisitions and deliveries, adhering to the Maison's eco-friendly measures.
- Report any technical or IT non-conformities responsibly, contributing to continuous operational improvement.
- Higher education in Hotel Management or Business Administration.
- Proficiency in English and French (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector.
- Sales and communication skills.
- Fluency in a third language (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Portuguese) is appreciated.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Opera Cloud and 7Rooms is advantageous.
- Understanding of Leading Quality Assurance standards is beneficial.
