1. Shape the guest experience by anticipating needs and providing bespoke service.
2. Assist the Reservations Manager in ensuring service reliability and quality.
3. Manage reservations with precision, adhering to Cheval Blanc and LQA standards.
4. Coordinate seamlessly with various hotel departments.
5. Promote hotel rooms and services to create unforgettable stays while optimizing occupancy.
6. Maintain confidentiality and discretion in guest relations.
7. Oversee the administrative management of reservations, ensuring meticulous follow-up from billing to deposits.

1. CAP/BAC/BTS in Hospitality/Restaurant Management or MC in Reception.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar luxury establishment (reception and/or reservations).

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera Cloud.
2. Fluency in English and French (oral and written).
3. Knowledge of a third language is appreciated.
4. Attention to detail and precision.
5. Strong analytical and adaptability skills.
6. Discretion and service-oriented mindset.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury setting.

CAP/BAC/BTS in Hospitality/Restaurant Management or MC in Reception.
