1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management
2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Reservation Agent in a luxury hotel or resort

1. Proficient in Opera, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Outlook
2. Fluent in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous
3. Exceptional attention to detail and precision
4. Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
5. Discretion and confidentiality in handling guest information

A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Reservation Agent in a luxury hotel or resort is required.

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management
