1. Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring an impeccable and personalized welcome.
2. Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, maintaining seamless organization and adhering to guest schedules and preferences.
3. Collaborate with hotel departments such as housekeeping and the restaurant to ensure a harmonious guest experience.
4. Maintain the reception area to reflect the establishment's prestige, demonstrating excellence through personal presentation and work environment.

1. Higher education degree (BAC +4/5) in Hospitality Management or Business Administration.
2. Proven experience in a similar role for at least 2 years.

1. Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
2. Proficiency in a third language such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or Portuguese is advantageous.
3. Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Familiarity with Opera Cloud and 7Rooms is appreciated.
5. Knowledge of Leading Quality Assurance standards is a plus.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

Higher education degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration.

Accommodation provided or a housing allowance of €250 gross. Meals provided during working hours. Uniform supplied and laundered. Transportation costs covered (€100 each way). Bicycle loan available under certain conditions. Work with passionate teams.
