1. Provide exceptional guest reception and information services, ensuring optimal guest satisfaction and revenue development.
2. Adhere to and implement Cheval Blanc's etiquette in all guest and ambassador interactions.
3. Learn and apply the quality standards established by Cheval Blanc Saint-Tropez.
4. Present and sell various services offered by the Maison, including the restaurant, bar, spa, and experiences.
5. Conduct check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and reliability of collected information.
6. Prepare arrivals and verify billing for departures.
7. Anticipate guest needs, providing sincere and targeted assistance and advice in collaboration with relevant services.
8. Support accommodation service managers in executing and monitoring assigned tasks.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality.
