- Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay, ensuring adherence to Cheval Blanc Paris procedures.
- Advise and organize guest stays upon request, presenting and selling hotel services including accommodations, dining, spa, and excursions.
- Anticipate guest needs, providing informed and sincere assistance in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Ensure the quality of services provided to guests, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Conduct apartment and hotel tours, perform guest wake-up calls, and manage check-in and check-out processes.
- Prepare arrivals and organize departures, handle billing and payments, and maintain accurate records.
- Manage guest files, reservations, and communications, ensuring seamless internal service coordination.
- Oversee the delivery of newspapers, messages, and packages to guest rooms.
- Respond to phone inquiries courteously and manage the hotel's standard and email communications.
- Ensure the security and comfort of guests, reporting any safety concerns to management.
- Diploma in hospitality or related field (e.g., BTS in hospitality management, CAP in hotel services).
- Knowledge of luxury hospitality sector.
- Strong general knowledge and familiarity with Paris and its region.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and representational ability.
- Exceptional customer service orientation, courtesy, and tact.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for hospitality.
- Discretion and practical problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in English and French; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or Portuguese are advantageous.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in reception, concierge, or reservations roles.
Diploma in hospitality or related field.
