2. Post and verify all client stay operations in the system, adhering to established procedures.
3. Conduct check-ins and check-outs according to current procedures, ensuring accuracy and reliability of collected information.
4. Inform clients about hotel services and amenities.
5. Advise and organize client stays upon request, striving to meet all their needs.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
