1. Embody and uphold Cheval Blanc standards to ensure impeccable service throughout the guest's stay.
2. Apply operational standards and LQA with precision and attention.
3. Provide a warm and personalized welcome, identifying guest needs with insight.
4. Respond discreetly and promptly to guest requests, coordinating effectively with other departments.
5. Maintain exemplary relationships based on confidentiality, discretion, and empathy, while gathering guest feedback for continuous improvement.
6. Contribute to the update of guest profiles and facilitate smooth communication between departments.
7. Conduct guided tours, registrations, and room escorts, enhancing each guest interaction and experience.
8. Update and transmit essential information such as exchange rates, daily reports, and shift instructions with precision.
9. Perform billing and payment processing, ensuring accuracy and responsiveness.
10. Manage requisitions and control deliveries, while maintaining an impeccable work environment.

1. Higher education in Hotel Management or Business Management.
2. Sales and communication skills.
3. Knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector.

1. Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
2. Proficiency in a third language is appreciated (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Portuguese).
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Familiarity with Opera Cloud and 7Rooms is appreciated.
5. Understanding of Leading Quality Assurance standards is appreciated.

Beginner

Higher education in Hotel Management or Business Management.
