- Welcome and assist guests, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Thoroughly understand room categories, rates, and amenities.
- Conduct room tours and manage guest arrivals and departures.
- Maintain and archive guest files daily.
- Collaborate with operational departments to address guest requests.
- Anticipate guest needs and communicate them to relevant departments.
- Ensure guest safety and comfort at all times.
- Stay informed about local events and maintain a network with local service providers.
- Provide guests with sincere and targeted advice and assistance.
- Answer phone calls courteously and according to procedures.
- Communicate effectively within the team and report any security concerns.
- Pursuing higher education in Hospitality Management.
- Knowledge of luxury hospitality sector.
