1. Welcome and assist guests, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their stay.
2. Thoroughly understand room categories, rates, and amenities.
3. Conduct room tours and manage guest arrivals and departures.
4. Maintain and archive guest files daily.
5. Collaborate with operational departments to address guest requests.
6. Anticipate guest needs and communicate them to relevant departments.
7. Ensure guest safety and comfort at all times.
8. Stay informed about local events and maintain a network with local service providers.
9. Provide guests with sincere and targeted advice and assistance.
10. Answer phone calls courteously and according to procedures.
11. Communicate effectively within the team and report any security concerns.

1. Pursuing higher education in Hospitality Management.

Currently enrolled in a higher education program in Hospitality Management.
