1. Welcome and manage all guest inquiries and service requests, ensuring optimal satisfaction and revenue development.
2. Coordinate and advise guests throughout their stay, ensuring seamless service and activity coordination.
3. Assist the Front Office Manager in pre-opening tasks, including drafting procedures and organizing the opening.
4. Anticipate guest needs, providing sincere and targeted assistance in collaboration with relevant departments.
5. Support accommodation department heads in tracking the completion of assigned tasks.

1. Pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program.
