- Create monthly reports for various departments.
- Analyze quality indicators and guest satisfaction metrics under the guidance of the Quality Manager.
- Draft meeting minutes and track action plans.
- Organize tours of the property for new Ambassadors.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
