1. Receive and inspect food and non-food goods.
2. Record delivery notes, transfer slips, and invoices.
3. Organize merchandise in various hotel storage areas and off-site reserves.
4. Prepare stock withdrawals for different sales and production points.
5. Monitor stock rotation and inform departments of stock levels and supply issues.
6. Prepare supplier orders and participate in delivery scheduling.
7. Participate in hygiene and cleanliness inspections.
8. Conduct monthly inventories.
9. Uphold the hotel's brand image in supplier interactions.
10. Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or potential accidents to management.

1. Knowledge of luxury hotel and fine dining sectors.
2. Familiarity with hygiene standards (H.A.C.C.P. norms).
3. Understanding of stock management principles (FIFO, etc.).
