1. Lead and oversee all purchasing activities in compliance with corporate procurement policies and local regulations.
2. Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal terms, quality, and service levels.
3. Coordinate with all departments (F&B, Housekeeping, Engineering, etc.) to anticipate and fulfill operational purchasing needs.
4. Ensure accurate and timely ordering, receiving, and storage of goods.
5. Monitor inventory levels and implement cost control measures to optimize stock management and reduce waste.
6. Ensure traceability, compliance with HACCP protocols, and sustainability principles across the supply chain.
7. Collaborate with the Finance department for budgeting and reporting activities.
8. Support seasonal openings and closings, including sourcing, forecasting, and onboarding of new suppliers.

1. Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in luxury hospitality.
2. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
3. Familiarity with hotel operations and procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Birchstreet, Material Control).
4. Knowledge of local suppliers and logistics specific to Sardinia is a plus.
5. Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are an asset.

2. Ability to work under pressure in a seasonal and dynamic environment.

Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector.

Accommodation and meals provided during the working season. Long seasonal contract with potential for permanent employment at the end of the year.
